Welcome to The BetterMind Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our AI/ML educational cohorts (“Services”).

By accessing our website or enrolling in a cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

Our programs are designed for high school students. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained verified consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment. Payment must be made at least one (1) month prior to the start of any cohort. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services solely for educational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for disruptive, dishonest, or abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property provided by The BetterMind Labs are owned by the Company and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

No Guarantees

We provide high-quality instruction and guidance, but we make no guarantees regarding admission results, scholarships, or specific academic or professional outcomes.

Privacy Policy

BetterMind Labs (“BetterMind Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of students, parents, guardians, educators, and others who interact with our programs and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available regarding that information.

1. Student Information

  • Name

  • Age, grade level, or academic level

  • Academic interests and program preferences

  • Application and enrollment information

  • Project-related information voluntarily submitted during participation

  • Phone number

  • Relationship to the student

  • We may send information regarding programs, events, educational opportunities, and other offerings that may be relevant to you. Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by contacting us at support@bettermindlabs.org

These providers are permitted to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who require access to perform their responsibilities.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

BetterMind Labs works with students and recognizes the importance of protecting children’s privacy.


Where required by applicable law, we seek parental or guardian consent before collecting personal information from children.


Parents or guardians may contact us regarding information collected from their child, including requests to review, update, or delete information where applicable.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request to:

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of personal information

  • Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing

We may send information regarding programs, events, educational opportunities, and other offerings that may be relevant to you. Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

Enrollment in The BetterMind Labs cohorts requires advance preparation and secures limited seats. As such, all purchases are considered final.

That said, we understand that unexpected and serious circumstances may arise. In select cases, we will consider refund requests, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Refund Review

Refund requests will only be reviewed in cases involving:

  • A documented medical emergency

  • A verified family emergency

  • Other serious, unforeseen events outside of the student’s control

To Request a Refund

  • Submit a written request to support@bettermindlabs.org

  • Include clear documentation or explanation of the situation

  • Submit your request at least 10 days before the cohort start date, unless the emergency occurred after that point

Important Notes

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of The BetterMind Labs

  • If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the nature and timing of the request

  • We will make the refund decision independently, based on our assessment of the situation

  • Approved refunds may take 2–3 weeks (up to 15 business days) to process

  • Requests due to personal preference, schedule conflicts, or change of interest will not be eligible for refunds
