About the Team & Culture
We are former admission counselors, advisors, and industry mentors who have spent years working closely with high school students. Over time, we kept noticing the same pattern. Students were capable and hardworking, but had very little real world work to show for it.
They understood concepts, but lacked meaningful projects. They had ambition, but not enough structured opportunities to build something substantial.
BetterMind Labs was created to address that gap. We believe students grow through doing. Through building, testing, presenting, and improving.
